Ntec Certificate in Hospitality (Food & Beverage Service) Level 3
This qualification provides students with useful knowledge and skills in food and beverage service. Duration Course Content: The course is made up of New Zealand Qualifications Authority Unit Standards, delivering theoretical knowledge and developing hands-on skills. The qualification will be awarded to people who have demonstrated skills and knowledge in the following areas:
