Certificate of Achievement in Customer Service (HSI)
This course looks at what it means to offer great customer service, both from a customer’s and employer’s perspective. The programme investigates barriers to offering great customer service, and how to overcome these barriers. Candidates also learn how to deal with customer complaints, and how to turn a complainant into a loyal customer for the business. Upon successful completion of the programme, candidates will achieve the following unit standards:
Credit value: 8 credits You can do one or all of the above units as you wish but to gain the HSI Certificate of Achievement you must achieve competency in all the required units.
